When I had a last-minute travel problem, the Air France Accra Office was helpful. I was concerned about a little error on my ticket. However, they fixed it quickly and without charging me more when I visited the office. They worked carefully and listened to my worries, which I appreciated. The staff was quite courteous, and the office was not overly packed. Seeing such excellent service is pleasant. I'm more comfortable flying with Air France now. They have demonstrated a genuine concern for their clientele. If necessary, I will most certainly come back.
