They were very professional and took the time to walk me through my options, including different fares and available flights. I appreciated their attention to detail, especially when explaining baggage policies and seat upgrades. The office environment was clean, welcoming, and well-organized, making the whole experience stress-free. They even helped me with details about check-in procedures at Abu Dhabi International Airport. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days. United Airlines should be proud of their Abu Dhabi team. I’ll definitely return for any future travel assistance — highly recommended.
