The Lufthansa cancellation policy reads as follows:
Cancellations on Lufthansa can be made over the phone, online, or in person at a ticket office.
Even if you purchased your ticket from a travel agency or website, you can cancel a Lufthansa flight online on the airline's website.
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your flight within the allotted time frame.
For your refund to be processed in the event that Lufthansa cancelled your flight, you must file an online refund request. If, however, you bought your ticket from a third party, you'll need to get in touch with them directly to get a refund.
