Hello! I flew with my family on United Airlines Barcelona–El Prat Airport and we were impressed with the smooth flow of everything. We easily found help for my dad who required a wheelchair. The attendants were attentive and even escorted us right to the gate. United's check-in counters were well marked, and security went by quickly than I anticipated. The airport had large windows that provided us with a good view of the runway while waiting, which occupied my little nephew and kept him entertained. It was a smooth beginning to our long flight back to the U.S.
