My experience purchasing flights for my family holiday at the Wizz Air Hamburg Office was fantastic. We were given a thorough explanation of the possible routes, baggage alternatives, and even how to join the Wizz Discount Club by the personnel. Everything was handled with a smile and professionalism. Online reservations are normally difficult for me, but the in-person assistance made it a lot simpler. Even advice on travel paperwork and airport check-in was provided. There was a peaceful atmosphere and the process was swift. A wonderful experience all the way through. Without a doubt, I will return for additional reservations!
