I wanted to make sure my elderly folks' special assistance requests were fulfilled because it was their first time flying with Turkish Airlines Toronto Office. I met with someone who handled things so politely and expertly when I visited the Toronto office. They double-checked everything, including wheelchair assistance and preferences for meals while flying. I knew my parents were in capable hands when I departed. I appreciate you going above and beyond.
