Kapha dosha is composed of water and earth elements, providing stability, strength, and nourishment. When excessive, it causes lethargy, congestion, and weight gain. The Surya Mudra for Balancing Vata, Pitta effectively balances Kapha by stimulating the fire element. To perform, bend your ring finger toward your palm and gently press it with the thumb. Keep other fingers straight. Practice for 10–20 minutes daily while focusing on energizing breath. This mudra boosts metabolism, reduces fatigue, and increases alertness.
