The surprise of visiting the British Airways Bahrain officewas delightful! When I walked in to inquire about baggage regulations, I ended up receiving assistance with my whole schedule. The employees took the time to thoroughly explain everything, ensuring that I was aware of all of my alternatives. They were polite, knowledgeable, and effective. The Bahraini crew truly made an impression in a world when airline service sometimes seem hurried. Receiving assistance in person rather than just over the phone or online was fantastic. I was excited for my trip as I left the office. Five stars for real caring and great service!
