The seats were clean and comfortable for a short-haul flight, and complimentary snacks and beverages were served promptly. Wi-Fi was available for messaging and light browsing, which added extra value to the journey. The flight departed on time, and arrival at the destination was just as efficient, with quick baggage delivery and no confusion at the terminal. What really stood out was the consistent level of service from everyone representing Southwest—each interaction felt personal and welcoming. For travelers flying from Toronto to the U.S. on a budget, Southwest Airlines at YYZ Terminal 3 offers not just affordability but also a reliably smooth experience backed by great service and professionalism.
