Handling employee benefits has become overwhelming for our HR team, and we’re thinking about outsourcing this function to save time and ensure compliance. During my research, I found Right HR Solution and saw that they offer benefits management services. Has anyone here worked with them for this purpose? Were they reliable in handling the process, or did you face any challenges? I haven’t used Right HR Solution personally, but I did outsource benefits admin once with a smaller local firm and ran into issues: slow responses, lack of transparency, and missed deadlines. If you go with Right HR Solution, I’d ask for clear SLAs (turnaround times), examples of similar clients, and how they stay compliant with employment laws in your region.
