Lately, I've been feeling emotionally drained and am thinking about taking a short break. Would a trip between major cities in Canada be a good way to recharge?

Sometimes the best therapy is a change of scenery and a new road ahead. Traveling between cities gives you a sense of moving forward, even if you're not running away from your problems, but simply taking a break. The Vancouver to Calgary route is often chosen for just such a reset: the ocean climate gives way to mountains, open spaces, and dry air that literally "clears your head." Planning your route via Vancouver to Calgary allows you to choose the pace that suits you best — a quick flight or a slow journey with stops. It is important that the journey itself becomes part of the recovery: you break out of your routine, change your rhythm, and allow yourself to be in the process rather than the result. Often, after such trips, decisions come naturally.
