I just wanted to let you know that everything went more smoothly than I had anticipated at the Air France Djibouti Office. I didn't want to rely just on internet resources, therefore I wanted help organizing a vacation that would take me to multiple cities. The staff there paid close attention. They even offered me advice on how to shorten my layovers. Instead of dealing with an airline representative, it was more like working with a personal travel counselor. Many thanks to the staff—very kind and productive!
